RESORT RIVA DEGLI ETRUSCHI (IT)
We conducted a comprehensive assessment of the existing resort and developed a feasibility study for its transformation into a new luxury hospitality destination. The project included the creation of a masterplan and the preliminary design of new prefabricated villas, shared amenities, and reception spaces. Located in the stunning setting of the Etruscan Coast in Tuscany, the resort is surrounded by a pine forest and the delicate dune ecosystem, directly facing the sea. Our approach focused on ensuring that the new development integrates seamlessly with the natural beauty and environmental sensitivity of the site.
